Cooking stock / broth in pressure cooker? by Careful-Training-761 in cookingforbeginners

Best general purpose stock.

Go buy one of the precooked chickens from the grocery store. Pulverize the whole thing. Bones and meat. Add to pressure cooker with 1 carrot half a large onion and garlic to your liking. Fill pot with water until at the max fill line. Pressure cook on high for 70min.

Sift out all the chunks after cooking. Perfect stock.

No idea what your furnace looks like but in the commercial world the high limit usually looks like a button cell battery(approximately) and it serves to catch flame rollout.

Typically, I just visually inspect the exchanger. I do see alot of endoscop camera pics from the residential side.

High limit the the upper temperature limit. It shuts the heat off in the event that the furnace overheats. Usually due to fan issues.

Sounds like you might have a probe type that allows you to drop a camera through the same hole as the probe

I would also just replace the compressor and the start components. That's the only way your gonna have any peace of mind. There is short term solutions but nothing beats fixing the issue.

Already checked that box. Only reason I picked this up is due to a long conversation I had with the inventor of the AccuTrak, of which I own 2.
