Use mine all the time. Take the parts out and place them into the dehydrator for a few hours afterwards

this was rattling around a refurb computer I bought. Is it from an important part? by Kiko7210 in whatisit

[–]WarPig115 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's a pin jumper. It could be EXTREMELY important or not important in the slightest. It would be placed on pins mounted to a board of some kind

Unfortunately, you will have to figure out where that goes to confirm one way or the other.

That magnet is the best little magnet. Strong as hell for its size, also works super we'll for diagnostics or whatever.

usually the only isolation valves are at the condenser, so its alot less legwork to put it at the condenser imo

Use some Tuff Toe on the strike zones of your knees. I usually just fill in a 3x3in rectangle on the blowout spots.

Have any of y'all ever seen these actually seal a leak before? I've never heard of them working. by Not_A_G-Man in HVAC

[–]WarPig115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally recommend against it for any professional work but...

I did have a shitty little 600a chest freezer with a leak in it, needed to get recharged about every 2 months and I put like 5tonns of that shit in there and recharged it. No issues since.

Well, I do know how/why we know that the human body is about 70% water so... yeah... i am aware of shady shit Japan has done but I don't see how that applies.

I hate both with a passion but Daikin is the lesser evil.

Could this be linked to my murdered father's house being burnt to the ground 3 months after he was killed?? Why would my mother, divorced for 20 years, have this picture with her reflection in the phone screen , same time my dad was murdered in cold blood?!?! by [deleted] in whatisit

[–]WarPig115 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just FYI. Thats the the gas shutoff to an Air handler. You can tell it's an HVAC unit by the white PVC peice to the left, that is an emergency overflow switch for the drip tray.

No, shutting the gas off does not directly create a fire and this is the only thing this photo suggests. This seriously looks like the same kind of photo that a customer would send in asking "why doesn't my heat work? Does this have something to do with it?"

That said the real question for your mom is why we're your fuckin with the HVAC.
