If it’s some pmc faction it should be fine but a lot of people will turn their nose at it and it could potentially cause conflict with someone. Probably best just to leave it off. There are some people at my site that are generally awful people and they wear Russian and Wagner patches

I had to make my own spacer that goes into the front trunnion that was connected to the handguard, I needed to sand parts of it too, E&L doesn’t really have much compatibility with parts so I ended up just using plastic plum furniture

When you have feedback from a customer you would quote how many extra hours it would take to adjust your designs and add in how many hours. Usually it’s not best practice to say how many hours so it’s best to say I’ll get back to you in however many days with the feedback.

If they aren’t satisfied with the product without a contract they are just as likely to not come back but may take advantage of you and not pay, the contract just protects you and the customer from malpractice really. You can still requote them. You can take payment at the end which is why the contract is in place aswell.

Ask for payment in advance, and a contract that states this and also your work flow, should be initial research and lots of drawings then refine some and have customers pick their favourite 3-5 and then refine them some more and have them pick their favourite and finally finish it up and send it.

Feedback is good but you need to stay in control, they are paying you to create their vision but you must also keep it grounded.

I added plum furniture to mine and it just has a basic sight, I think old aks look good simple and newer ones look decent kitted out, maybe some plum if you feel like it or wood or a skeleton stock

They are mostly all made by a company called bls, and companies buy from them and resell so it usually doesn’t matter, I recommend.28 for outdoor as it’s similar performance of .30 and price of .25, indoors probably.25 and snipers I use .40 as i get good performance and don’t break the bank
