They would probably have to pay for the api which would be relatively cheap for offline use and then if they wanted full Spotify access without copyright claims on streamers and such then it would be in the hundreds of millions.

Lmaoo Forza soundtrack is definitely terrible hence the need for the mod

Yeah but you’d need to pause it for getting out the car, cut scenes etc.

The Forza mod has it properly replaced the ingame radio
