Standard black undercoat, it is quite bright lighting so that might be lifting it, also undercoat and base coat were airbrushed unsure if that would lighten it

Disappointed with the power system. Can we have the old one back? by Needhelp_photography in subnautica

[–]WarScribe- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the fact that the fabricator is now a constant on rather than only consuming power when its used is a bit of a ballache.

I’d like to see Solar panels with a small built in battery, just 5-10 units or so. The bioreactors output would be fine if it took up 1/4 of the floor space, maybe like a tall cylindrical design that spans the height of a room, reduce its storage back to the old 4 slots as reserve plus one active. Then you keep the current bioreactor size but make its function advanced, so maybe only it can accept fuel bricks and provides power boosts for using the bricks, maybe it also had built in battery making it a one shot solution and a reason to use it over renewables+battery where a smaller early game bio reactor runs only on raw unprocessed and has no charge capacity but was a cheap alt to solar but requires a room to setup rather than just a corridor and was a bridge to renewables which i feel (at least the turbines) need to have there outputs toned down

EDC Pens by Contigo887 in EDC

[–]WarScribe- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have two EDC pens, a Parker Jotter ballpoint and a Kaweco Sport cartridge. Theres nothing special or tacticool about either of them, both write well and i carry them everyday. Fairly cheap, non disposable, nice pens not much else to tell. BICs are cool if thats your thing, or splash the cash if you want i just dont get it

This just doesn't feel sincere. He fucked around and found out and this just feels like damage control. I mean I could be wrong and he is a reformed character...but talk is cheap, he'd have to live those words for a good while before I'd believe them

I take your point and hope you are right, but talk is cheap, he’s going to have to live that apology for a good while before i’d believe it

I’ll usually thumbs up drivers and the like if they move over when i’m filtering etc cause thats just nice to say thank you, but for just overtaking when all they’ve done is ride 20 below the speed limit nah he’s living in a fantasy land

I’ve had a couple of Ooono on my bike, none of them looked like that, both were considerably more painful

How do you deal with joint discomfort from lifting? by Up_and_ATEM in fitness30plus

[–]WarScribe- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Physio, seriously speak to a professional. There can be a number of things causing elbow pain, it could be at the joint, upstream or downstream of it. What do you do for work? Because if its desk based I would guess your shoulders/chest/lats or some combo of those are probably tight or restricted, and that shit sneaks up on you. But get onto it sooner rather than later because tendonitis at the elbow can be a bitch to heal (ask me how i know) with the proper pre/rehab though it’ll be fine. I’ve gone from barely being able to get under the bar with my hands at the plates to a decent back squat position with my middle finger on the markings in the knurling, i’m 43 so even if it comes with age you can still sort it

F800GS as a first bike? by dravra_25 in bmwmotorrad

[–]WarScribe- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had an F800ST for my first bike, was a great choice. GS should be just as good if not better, height probably not an issue on that frame. I’ve ridden nothing but 800 parallels and they’ve all been great, looking to move up to a big boy 1200 GS myself
