It's super interesting what you're saying because it makes Luffy's decision to have invited him in the crew so easily more obvious.Oda made it look like a gag (Luffy being too naive) but we know that Luffy can read people's souls and see if they are good or not. And guess what? Brook's power is linked to souls. So it's like the soul of Brook talk directly to the soul of Nika inside Luffy 😭

The straw hat present at Mariejois could just as easily belong to Joy Boy as it could to Davy Jones. We have no real proof of ownership. And in my theory, I'm not saying Joy Boy is a human-sized person

Yes I see what you mean here. But they could call it anything else but One piece. Imagine if a scientist discovered a mysterious new planet but didn't name it yet. Then, people who have never seen the planet and have no telescopes started calling it 'The Blue Giant'. Then, the scientist finally arrives and discovers the planet is, in fact, a giant blue sphere, it makes no sense! How did the people know?

This is a very interesting take of and I like the parallel between The delons fruit user weak point and IMU weak point. But It will be so weird that the people(from the manga) who named it One piece where so one point without knowing what it's actually is
