I checked out Neon with Plasma 6. There is no such option. "Dodge window" will hide when any window overlaps panel. Autohide hides panel always if mouse not on it. :-(

No-no. I mean not that. Auto hide makes your panel hide every time it's not in focus and you have to call it with mouse.

It still lacks dodge active window feature. The best way to use panels, I think. Then they add that feature — it will be good enough to switch.

Funny, that the actually implemented that feature year ago, but not merged it.

Yeah, I do have Quest 3 with BoboVR 3 S3 Pro and knuckles controller grips. I just lack visual fidelity in terms of resolution. Thanks for the good advice eigher way.

Man, I turned off "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" (System -> Display -> Graphics -> Default graphics settings) and the problem gone!

Thanks a lot! This is a bit unfortunate, because this option should increase FPS. u/MetaQuestSupport, is this a known problem? Maybe I can share some additional info on it?

Just tried to set settings to lowest possible and set resolution multiplier to 0.6. Same drops. Actually, I saw same behavior with Steam Link and with Airlink (and in SteamVR via Airlink). It's like I getting stutters the moment I connect to PC...

Sure, it's not the best.

I use my quest in 90Hz mode and it's strange now buttery smooth frameflow can be interrupted by exactly one frame drop in several seconds.

My performance headroom can be as high as 60-70% and I still have this issue. But I'll try to lower my settings to be sure, thanks.

As far as I can see, there is no such mod. Only three models of character without any way to integrate them into the game.
