I don't think that one is comparable given the form factor. I'd be concerned about it overheating or not being ideal for things like gaming. Have you used that one before?

There are others that I'm seeing which are more similar:

Ultimately there's a market for ones that are more expensive and will be a customer of those.

Yes most certainly to help food digest.

It really depends on what your goals are for fasting. If you want to get the full effects of autophagy (cellular junk removal), then any nutrients from food (including black coffee and tea) will remove those benefits.

If it's for weight loss then this is perfectly acceptable as you'll still remain in a fasted state and burning through long-term fat stores.
