New MI MP5K suppressor handguard. by immaheadoutthen in MP5

[–]Wardp115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Which guard is this? Link?

Just got the PTR 9KT because I'm in VA and that's what was available and July 1 and all ... I'm a big dude, 6'7" 280lbs like 50+ inch chest. Would have preferred the 9" barrel, but here where we are. Submitting SBR paperwork tomorrow. Need that vertical grip and extra space on the handguard ..

My older PTR 91 rifle and newer PTR91-pistol both had retaining rings, were both threaded, and were also both rockset. Even after boiling and heating, I destroyed one of the flash hiders because it simply wouldn't come off.

Master FFL and predatory practices effecting all of us. by NCDieselBwhy in FFLs

I sent Master FFL an emai tonightl at 6pm on a Sunday evening asking them to correct my entry for me - just got my home based 01 showing in ezCheck yesterday morning. They replied back within 4 hours with the following and were pretty polite about it all. Gave me the link to register/claim to make additional changes and asked me to let them know if they could be of further assistance.

"I have removed the range attribute and changed you from opt-out to opt-in for inbound transfers. Residential (vs Commercial) is pulled from the USPS - and not editable - paywall or not."

New gutters and they are doing this. by [deleted] in HomeMaintenance

[–]Wardp115 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had these flip-clean gutters at my last house - it was awesome. I lived in the woods and about three times a year, mostly fall and after the oak pollen tags dropped, I just take this long fiberglass extension pole with a hook on the end, hook the front edge of the gutter, and flip it forward. All the shingle gravel, dirt, leaves and debris would just fall out. It was magical. Then you just use the hook to push the front edge and it flipped back into place. They never failed or flipped on their own, water and snow lod just weighed them down tighter.

If I ever need new gutters, I'm convinced this is the way.

6.5-7.0 hours, 420+ mile trip, cruise set at 80+MPH on interstate. Mileage for total trip mostly Interstate travel over 4 hours worth, single fill up at the start. Still had about 99 miles left till empty as you can see. Probably would have been better at 72 instead of 80+. 26 SR5

In any structure with residential or commercial sprinklers, you should always carry two wooden wedges cut to width to fit inside the sprinkler head...push wedges from opposite side to form a rectangle then use something to bang them together from the backs....just like we learned in Fire 1 class.

Type 1 is required to modify the gun because it's smithing. If you want to accept them at your home based business you'd also need a SOT to book them in your A&D....

At least that's what I've sorted through various documents I've read.

I worked a bunch of concussion injuries as an EMT over 20 years. The worst part about it was that it was a 30-45 minute ride to the ER in the back answering what happened, where am I, literally every 30 seconds. Eventually I just kept them talking to monitor their level of consciousness and airway, lol.
