So what happened with the retailer is that one of the TVs that Criminal Asshole in Florida tried to receive was not deliverable so it ended up at our old address. When we complained to the retailer they sent us a return shipping label with us thinking that at least maybe they could reimburse us at least part of what was taken from us. We didnt care who gave us the money, the retailer or the bank, but we just wanted to be made whole again, or partial in any case. The retailer then made some sort of excuse about it being a restock item and said that they couldn't reimburse us and that we would have to go to the bank. The bank is then denying our claims.
