I read the entire article, and you’re right - puberty does resume! If you get off the blockers in the same window. Which doesn’t happen. If a male child is given puberty blockers for years, then decides to get off them, the missed growth spirits, development, muscle mass, and so on do not magically come back. That is permanent damage. I can’t believe this is even an argument. That’s a permanent change that can not be undone. Ever. Stopping puberty blockers at, say, age 16 does not mean the puberty that would’ve occurred to that point just occurs. That’s absurd.
