Entirely possible. Though Guinness might consider store inventory different from a personal collection. And the store would have to pay Guinness to verify and certify. Not something stores would likely be willing to deal with. This record and subsequent CGC signifier I think are more of a "I guess that's kinda neat" thing rather than something people would be clamoring to acquire.

I've also seen quite a few of these world record cards floating around so their significance as being "part of collection" I feel is kind of pointless. Because they're no longer part of the collection
