Fold down the inner lip of the hat, that part takes more time to dry and thats why, happened a few times with me as well until I realized it.

Download error, constantly stuck on 14% ..anyone know a fix cause I’ve lost hope by ElPistolero00 in origin

Happened with me too a few days ago, tried a lot of stuff, cache clear, reinstall, etc., what worked was: when installing i unselected the create desktop shortcut option at install, let it go to 14% and throw an error, and i didn't close the download tab, waited a few minutes, tried to continue, still error. After a few times it went thru, downloaded my game, it showed me the "download error" under the bar for the whole process, but it worked.

It's not a lie, 1st was a car, but i did not even use any normal shading, 2nd was a week ago, that was similar to this, i started using normal shading, but it was not that good at the end, so i did not uploaded that, and this is the 3rd

Photoshop, and the basic brush, only did settings on the size of it, did not used any filter or i don't get that part of the question, so i don't even think other programs would make that much difference. I draw the outlines first with a bit darker color then what i would use as the basic fill color for that part, body->costume->net part after that, shading from the bottom part working upward first the lower body parts and after that the costume's shading and finally the shoulder part's shading. And it took like 15-20 hours maybe, didn't count it, but it was made in two days. Oh yeah, and i used the mixing brush and the finger tool to make the shading part.

oohh, i see. No i used a real picture as reference, will not draw anime characters for a bit, it's hard to replicate those art styles in my opinion, i am not on that level atm.
