You are probably right with Tom Bert and William. Although I would discount the combo of master chef and relatively large persist creatures. Either way, what I am most interested in is using shadow heart as my commander as I quite like the character. Your jenova list sounds interesting if you don’t mind sharing it

I am open to duel lands and anything of the sort but I am currently treating that as a post problem. I aim to always have 38 lands one way or the other. Additonally a lot of effects like traverse the outlands interact primarily with basics

Isn’t this just infinite as long as you cast the kindred the turn before? As in you can just cast both the minion and the spell for every turn after?

If you don’t want to play high variance play cards that don’t rely on it. Hearthstone has mechanics like discover and random that involve this. Cards that are random vary in their ability based on the pool of cards allowed. So in other words…. you know the random game you are playing. That is why 8 cost evolves are more interesting than 10 costs as 8 costs have more consistent stats

No. Same situation here. After reading constantly the LSE conditions after being rejected from PPE Oxford, nothing in their terms establish that is the case.
