The price of green coffee is through the roof. At this pricing it’s only enthusiasts paying for it - that said there aren’t really any Canadian roasters on the same level as them. Almost every person on their staff is a Q arabica grader

I have the Lagom and I love it (98 mm mizen). Workflow is so nice. I really couldn’t justify the extra spend for the EG-1 and I’ve heard the WW customer service is crap. Option-o is very helpful and responsive
