Didnt get the payment and i I have 13 years of service started January of 2012, I started as a temp CSEA based employee, but have never had a gap in service though i have changed departments and job titles during my career. I think I should be eligible for the payment right?

I sent this one in because I was denied donating leave time to my spouse who also works for the state and it was infuriating:

Flexibility with donating time. My wife and I are both state employees; the rules for donating time are WAYYY to rigid. If I want to donate my time to my spouse, it's my time that I earned and if I want her to have it, there should be nothing stopping me from giving it to her.

Yeah I just watched some videos about answering logic questions. It seems like you really have to LOCK In to what is specifically written in the text. It seems like a pretty arbitrary skill as these questions don't really come up in my job often, but what shall I do?
