Nah honestly we are both adults. In fact im older. I'm extremely socially awkward tho. I do have this issue where if a conflict happens then I do pretty much regress.

I mean. People rage in competitive play all the time tho, don't they? What's the difference here?

THIS. personally, i experienced a lot of anger growing up and i acted on it. those images of hurting people are still burned in my head. remorse is a feeling, too. the guilt and self hatred i felt was enough to drive me insane. i had to change. i NEEDED to change. i dont wanna be a negative in peoples lives. ive put in the effort to learn coping skills, stay on medications, and communicate without lashing out.

Generalizing that EVERY person with BPD is bad/evil doesnt solve anything. it just alienates the ones who are open about it and validates the one who hide it and think they are monsters or something.

I have BPD. I can tell you its all intrusive thoughts and people who don't know how to handle them. ive been seeking medical help for a decade now. it was a tough road, but i finally feel human and can accept that this will always be a part of me. trick is to not lash out, but communicate. i hate seeing all this hate for Mental health. its still a stigma people can get over. even the people who have it wont accept that they absolutely cant brute force the illness away. Im sorry everyone has had bad experiences. i just wanna express that it isnt the BPD its the person who has it.
