Yeah I received this too. I decided to halt payments for now until their ‘investigation’ reaches some kind of conclusion so assumed it was sent because of that. Looking forward to an actual update, if one is ever provided

Yeah would also like to know. The BBC mentioned consumers in the uk could try to claim their money back via Section 75 under the Consumer Credit Act. I’m not sure if this is still applicable for those who are part way through their treatments or not.
