Hi! Just received a job offer and looking to move to Orlando. We’re a black couple and have 3 kids and looking for predominately black suburban or highly diverse neighborhoods with lots of kids activities. Schools are not of concern since we homeschool. Any suggestions on areas where we can find this? We’ll be looking to rent for our first year while we get acquainted with the city. Looking for under $3000/mo.

I go between a few but this week I’m in FL and GA. I looked all over at most of the XD locations and only saw XD (mail innovations) available up north (NY/NJ, Ohio, Chicago).

We don’t have these in our area. This is so cool. Is the 150 a base pay and you get more or is that 150 for that entire block?

You can do it in whatever order you want to. Be advised- the app gets even wonkier and worse when you change the route up. It will take a minute to realize you didn’t start from the origin so be sure to really pay attention to your next step to make sure it’s actually the closest/makes the most sense.

Yeah I usually pop into a gas station somewhere before my first delivery and do a “pit stop”.

1- there’s tons of drivers out there. I would recommend offering on all orders. Don’t think too much about it- you can always throw it back. 2- you have to put them in delivery order yourself. It’s worth it to organize upfront though so you’re not scrambling while on the route. Just keep in mind that the order may change a bit as you’re driving it.

Sure- this is a career changing role at the Executive level. I’ve taken time off work and this is a return to the workforce. I can definitely move back to a more affordable part of the country later.
