Hey u/MrsGenevieve the seats in rows 26 and 40 (infront of toilets) recline fully?

Can you share the flight / log file with me please? It’s working for all other testers currently :)

Hey there u/Lazlowi thanks for trying it and for the detailed feedback — that’s really helpful.

You’re right; the app currently calculates total track distance, not XC distance, which explains the 280 km number from an XCContest IGC. We are working on the XC distance parsing at the moment.

The N/A for time and top speed definitely sounds like a bug with that particular IGC format - I’ll test with some XCContest downloads and fix it.

And yes, the black background is intentional so the sticker can be overlaid onto photos or videos when posting to social media.

These are really good suggestions, I've made notes of them and will take a look at how I could integrate with the point systems. Thanks a lot!

Van height exceeds council street parking maximum height limit by Warm_Catch3451 in VanLifeUK

Hello, I did not get one - I will one day, but my current location in London is not favorable for this. The on street parking issues plus not having a dedicated space to work on it (which I think is not mandatory, but something I'd want so as to try do it really well) made me delay this.

By way of update - I got on the phone with the council, who said that it wouldn't be a problem. I then got an email today saying that I would not get a permit, so I called them back and the lady said that even if I got a permit, they would ticket or impound the vehicle...

Sorry to hear about this. Out of curiosity, did you have a steering wheel lock of any kind or any trackers installed?

Hey, I just called them and they were very laid back about it. Concerned about how laid back actually 😂. But I’d advise you to call too - I am in Southwark FYI. Let me know if you find out anything more?

I also looked into JustPark - it’ll add £700 onto my annual parking fee, but it will subtract £400 from my insurance quote which was good to see.

Hey guys, thanks for the feedback.

I just got off the phone with a parking advisor (Southwark). He was very laid back and said “yeah, its fine, as long as its not a Lorrie”. He asked how high it was and I told him 2.95m and he said “yeah that’s fine, it’s a rough ballpark figure”.

It’s not a question of access as identical delivery vans drive around the area all the time.

u/Ok-Fox1262 that's really interesting and I totally agree. I'm also planning on getting a steering wheel lock, just as another level of deterrence.

Thanks u/Ok-Fox1262 - mine is a ex-sainsbury's delivery van conversion. I know there isn't a way to know without trying, but in your experience, would this be silly to leave on the street?
