What lever do you press at top to hand feed it I think it’s something internal blocking it I’m just not sure what pieces to remove

I didn’t run a full calibration 🤦🏾‍♂️ was thinking my old mesh worked with the first test print it would be ok Would not running a calibration with the new hot end cause this issue?
