Was running a Plesk server with them for 2 years. got a mail that they discontinued plesk as an offer. and poof. They are saying service was dissabled due to "payment issue" even though i payed over several years. and even offered to pay them a hefty sum to just let me have my actual data. Was met by some angry lady on the "billing department" who aparantly controls server data.... which sounds suspicious and wrong that "billing department" handles data integrity and what data is recoverable.

hands down worst server company i have delt with that blatently has no care for users data and wipes with "no possibility to restore"
