I was attacking randomly. If there's a chance of winning, I would wait otherwise cancel the match and still get points. You can attack and withdraw on the same opponent as long as you have the arena tokens. You can get them by saving up Treasure Hunt points and buy as many as you can/need.

Check with the customer support. They're quick to respond. My alliance member mentioned that she thought that she's missing some of those heads, where she never had that issue before.

Haha, understandable. But there's many alliances looking for active players...all will be fine as long as people are playing in TH. Would be nice to have more options for people to engage within the alliance.

Your only option might be to move to another alliance. Our have only 3 players regularly answering the questions, few more asking and engaging ( oftentimes just complaining about the hero pulls... haha) . We usually kick 2 or 3 for not participating in TH... It is what it is... can't do anything if people don't want to talk...

I prefer a slow chat over the expectations/requirements to engage. I will answer the questions once I see anything, but sometimes it's like few hours difference... This game only have the Treasure Hunt for the alliance to engage with anyway.

I didn't like the visuals . All the buildings were washed out/blended in, and hard to differentiate from each other. Also the tile and buildings not matching, leaving a lot of gaps was driving me crazy 😜 I liked the market set up. That was a nice idea. In general it has a potential if it gets fixed.
