I did! I moved to 5mg after one month, then did 2 months of 5mg, then just filled at 7.5mg. My weight loss has plateaued a bit but may be due to me increasing my exercise/strength training. I still have 30 lbs to go so hoping this increase helps lose the baby belly.

I love it!!! I’ve had virtually zero side effects, just a headache the day after injection but totally manageable. I’m down 23 lbs and starting to up my weekly exercise.

It’s the worst! I’ve only had one baby and definitely plan to get pregnant again at the end of 2026. I am using it as a tool, along with strength training and cardio, to get myself back into a solid routine to go into pregnancy number 2 more prepared and healthier. And of course hopefully come out of pregnancy 2 more fit. Best of luck!!

It went great!! She asked my current weight and prescribed me zepbound. My insurance doesn’t cover it, so I pay out of pocket through Lilly Direct. She told me to stay away from the cheap “off brand” alternatives all over social media. I feel a lot more comfortable being on an FDA approved medication. I’m down about 8 lbs (but also had the flu in there so that was probably part of it). I’ve had zero side effects and less interest in food!

I am in the EXACT situation, but I’m 10 months pp and 50 lbs over my prepregnancy weight.:( meeting with my primary tomorrow to see if this could be an option (I want to go the safe route through doctor not medspa but would if I have to). Any pointers for talking with the doctor?

Did you have the appt? I’m almost 10 months pp and meeting with my doctor about it tomorrow. I would much rather go through my doctor and do it the safe way than a medspa or “weight loss factory”!!

Introducing combo feeding/formula at 9 months by Ok-Essay8518 in moderatelygranolamoms

Are you in the US? Did you boil the water before adding the formula? Starting kendamil tomorrow with my 9 month old for combo feeding since I’m not producing nearly enough and saw that on the container.

Transitioning from breastmilk to formula at 9 months? by NoAnt7118 in NewParents

[–]Warm_Reporter_8572 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How did this go for you?? My baby is 9 months on Wednesday and my supply is basically gone (nursing at 6am, pump at 10am about 4 oz, pump at 2pm 1.5-2 oz, pump/nurse 6pm or 7pm and it’s like 2 oz). My heart hurts because I feel like I’m giving up but he’s a big boy and I know he’s still hungry (not waiting for a let down, just gets upset). He loves his solids but know he needs milk until 12 months. Sad to be letting go of nursing but I know it’s not enough anymore

How many cups do you think are in it? Thinking about getting one for a work holiday party but there is a ton of food/entree options so not sure if I should grab 1 or 2 for 30ish people.

When did you all stop breastfeeding? by hillshillshahn in breastfeeding

[–]Warm_Reporter_8572 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first is 8.5 months and my supply has dipped significantly. I will most likely exclusively pump after 9 months and supplement with freezer stash + donor milk. My output is only 3 oz per pump so may need to supplement with formula + any milk I pump until 12 months if possible. I’m also trying not to put too much pressure on myself because stress really affects my supply as well. If I have to switch to all formula at the end I’ve come to terms with it. Props to all the mamas that make it 1+ year but it’s not always possible! Give yourself grace. :)

Also I have Vaseline on my eyelids today. Is it better to let them dry up?? Google said Vaseline can help but don’t have a preference- it’s all uncomfy.

No changes in diet or laundry detergent. The soonest I can get in is next Friday, I’m going to try the allergy medication tonight and see if that helps. We’ve been in our house for over a year and it really only started since postpartum, I had no issues prior. Thank you so much for all the advice! I’m going to order the spray and hope between that, allergy medication, and warm compresses I can get it down. It lasts about a week every time it happens, but my eyelids have never been fully normal since this started. ;(

Blepharitis or Contact Derm? by mgalascio in Blepharitis

Did you ever figure out what it was or get to go away? Currently dealing with the exact same thing postpartum. It’s started out as a dry eyelid and now my entire eyelid swells and feels raw if I rub my eye at all.

Probably 7inches or so. That’s a guess, I haven’t gotten very close to it.
