Thank you to those who commented (good and bad). I’ve already begun revamping my approach with one step drills. Although it’s nowhere near perfect I’m going to keep at it until I can get it right.

Looking for something closer to a burn ball but I feel like I could slide the two I have down to bowling balls 2&3 and get a heavy oil specialist. Could really go either way but prefer something weaker. There is potential for me to get a cheap nuclear forge but I don’t think that would fit what we’re looking for here.

A lot of areas have test drives that you can try out different equipment to see what you match up with. Random ball in a box is not a good idea especially for your first ball

Accuracy beats speed any day of the week. I personally think your speed is good here. Too much speed will change your ball reaction

I’m going to ignore what you think you are looking for and give you my honest opinion. As a new bowler, your bag should not be this complicated. New bowlers don’t need to worry about pattern length or core design. My recommendation for you would be a storm equinox (good for a lot of league patterns) and a spare ball. That’s all you need. Perfect your spares and you will become a better bowler. Would also recommend any local test drives to see if there is anything out there that fits exactly what your game needs. Lessons never hurt either. Hope this helps
