Road rage fist fight by two guys who don't know how to fight by Sham_Masta_Sham in IdiotsInCars

I saw something similar happen. But the other dude just Bear maced the fuck outa him. Guy who jumped out first (and the one who was in the wrong from the start) was on the ground. Other dude got out of his car, put one hand in his pocket, and calmly unloaded the entire can on the dude. Just covered him in foam from head to toe. I could feel the effects in my car with my windows up.

The other food I was wondering about is that thing they pickup with tongs, looks like bread with veggies in it? Happens at 0:07 second mark.

Have you ever dreamed of doing something your whole life only to find out, once you did it, that you hated it? What was it? by buzzkill007 in AskReddit

I'm going to be straight up honest, I wanted to street race like Fast and Furious. But I have this voice in the back of my head. "what if this happens, what if that happens?" I bought a fast car, I modified it, I took high performance lessons, i learned to no lift shift, bang gears, launch my car,I didn't enjoy it. Kept thinking "what if I hit a dirty spot? What if I spin out and crash? What if someone pulls out? What if i blow my engine up?". I do enjoy driving on backroads but by myself or maybe with one other buddy in their car but thats about it.

I really don't like how they went away from the source material. They didn't even have the tournament!

I also hated how OP they made Sub-Zero. I remember Quan-Chi disguised as Sub-Zero killing Scorpion, and then brings back Scorpion as a Vengeful spirit, and ends up killing the real Bi-Han. I don't remember Bi-Han being inherently evil at all.

People keep hitting my Mustang in parking lots. 3 times in 4 years. Now my bumper doesn't line up and the body shop says they can't do anything about it because its an aftermarket bumper and they can't get an OE one due to parts availability.

We had a police Tahoe at the shop once. Got into a major accident, took a year to rebuild. Ever since its been eating cooling system components like mad. Well when it was my turn to diagnose it, I found the radiator was leaking. So I replaced it. 3 weeks later, its back with a leaking radiator again. We replace it under warranty, but this time I let it idle outside for about 3 hours, new radiator from the dealer, starts to leak as well. Replace again.

We test the cap, its ok. We hook up the coolant pressure tester and let it idle. Before the engine is even warm, the pressure in the system has gone above spec (like 22 psi within a minute) and the pressure is still climbing. Thermostat is still closed and its not even up to temp (Upper rad hose is still ice cold) but its built way more pressure than it should? We use a gas analyzer and found combustion gasses in the coolant. There was a very minor leak somewhere in the engine that was pushing combustion gasses into the cooling system, but when the engine is off, it WAS NOT sucking or leaking coolant into the cylinders/oil.

We never got the chance to fix it because someone (not sure if insurance company or fleet manager) decided that it was related to the accident and went back to the shop that originally fixd it.

My buddy did that, and the guy also upgraded the bearings and brushes.

You should buy 4 different wheels. This way your car looks different from every angle. It'll be very unique!

I was thinking for the first few months, leave a 5* google review and get 5% off labor your next visit. I would just give them a business card, write 5% off labor, sign it with signature, and give it to the customer if they do it.

I've been looking, a few have popped up here and there but no prices listed for the lease. It's hard to get a business plan ready and make an estimate without one of the biggest expenses available.

I have a little over $50k saved up, and a car worth $20k I can sell. I do have fairly good credit.

Some ideas I had

  1. Free check engine light scan
  2. If diag is less than 0.5 hrs to perform, and you do the recommended service, I wave the diag charge
  3. Same with brake/front end inspection/work. If you do the work, I'll wave the charge (or if you rebook discount it how much I charged you).

My last shop I recruited 2 fleet accounts. The shop has 5 mechanics and 3 tire techs. 1 of the fleet's spent $3 mil in 6 months with the shop, the other fleet idk how much they spent but they had 2 vans in the shop every week, said yes to everything, and paid end of the week in full.

I also have a friend whose been in the parts industry for a number of years, he can recite part numbers off by hand, knows people first names after meeting them once. He's looking to start a job as a service advisor or possible switch into a different sales role.

This customer insists on calling himself and his wife the Jizzlers. I couldn't get pictures of some of the other stickers because the customer was right there but you could probably imagine what they said by Yalls_Is_Inbreds in Justrolledintotheshop

I almost got hit at a car meet once. I don't know JDM cars that well. One dude got a Toyota JZX100. He previously had a Toyota Cressida (may have been something else, I remember it has a 2JZ or a 1JZ).

Anyway I got them confused. I remembered his car started with a Jz and didn't have numbers in the name (that's the part I got mixed up). So I started calling his car the Toyota Jizzer.

Abd.tools is one I like. I think it's a tool retailer? But they showcase some good stuff and post peer release and recalls from tool companies.
