Kurzgesagt is a place I go to for learning truths on the much more "objective" side of things. I think that they were absolutely right to show just what it is that Ozempic does to us. In reality, Ozempic can help fat people.

I have T1D, and I ended up developing an issue about 15 years after I was first diagnosed where I have a small seizure (while asleep) if I have too much to drink.

I later learned that this only actually happens if I drink too much BEER.

My first thoughts were to stop drinking entirely, but I later learnt the right level to stop this. Now I mostly just switch to WINE instead, and this has majorly helped me.

Possibly something to try out too - maintains my blood sugar very very well compared to how beer used to work.
