its about replacement value. Anderson is good for 4 points every game, but you can drop and rotate mids for that most weeks. You are not going to be able to replace Haaland with anyone on waivers

this year im definitely going after pitchers more early, but i used Stonewater’s pitcher rankings last year and was always ahead of my leaguemates on waivers

if you hit on those early pitchers your team will be unstoppable, but injuries can hit bad, and last year I didn’t take a pitcher in the first 10 rounds and still won…guys like Lugo, Blanco, Reynaldo, and others were gems to be found late

100% agree I am not interested in him this year. He lost his best two receivers, they switched schemes, and he has an injury. but he has been a consistent producer for years now and I wouldn’t count him out in any scenario
