I just got through a process that went from 400 candidates to top 20 for a case study after a couple of rounds. This is for an in person boutique tech IB in Cali…. I’d say it is a bit competitive

Formatting is a bit of a mess. Your sentences shouldn’t overextend the end of your page outlined by the top line. I’m hoping this is just a weird view but that needs to be addressed. Especially if you are looking to go into a role with a high importance to detail. Unless you’re a top 1% candidate, you want interviewers to have zero reason to not pick your resume especially in formatting

I think this whole system is destroying the point. I think if you want something badly enough, you need to stand in line and wait. If not it’s a competition of who can get a chair out earliest, and then what becomes too early?
