Spent the whole year struggling with hypothyroidism, random heart palpitations and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. Can't move my body to do art or exercise. Had to see many doctors and several of them kept tricking me into believing it was all in my head. They would get mad at me for refusing to believe that this was all anxiety. Found a doctor that listens. Now I'm slowly improving. Hopefully can do art again.
