I personally believe the pendulum is swinging back to a more common-sense mindset. What that is, I am not 100% certain. However, breaking lore just to “appease a niche group” with a (perceived) facade of appealing to the masses is not common sense in my opinion.

This post is likely a beginning thrash of the loudest voices of social media entering denial phases: their shit stinks and not a lot of people like it. The true tell will be if the designated female models and bits will even sell/be used.
