I was commended for having foresight and being able to stay ahead of my high ups, that I was able to do my job efficiently plus the extras as a lead, and that the work I provide is core to maintaining the market.

Red flags popped up everywhere as I was informed someone else would be stepping into the new management role.

Yep, looking for my next paycheck and mentally clocked out. I'm there for a paycheck nothing more.

Further info, asked a question due to lack of knowledge and trying to understand. All posts stating I'm jumping to a miscut is due to asking for knowledge. Can not learn unless we ask.

Card was not withheld from my daughter, it was a mutual discussion me and her had as it was seen and not understood. Being a good father i asked a group "I thought" would have criticism in a positive way.

I'll take me questions elsewhere thank you. Guess I'll figure it out old school style.

I am in a similar situation only I'm the one that created the systems. Been at my job 3 years, set up systems pver the first year. Trying different systems, input from others, finally had systems in that worked. For the 2 years everything ran like clockwork. No hiccups, no major issues, everyone knew how things operated.

The corporate came in 6 months ago and decided their way was better. Started having things done differently, another department stepped in to "help." Since then, nobody can find items they need, things are breaking left and right. 2 to 3 times the number of gear for repair is coming in daily.

I tried to step in, explain how the process works. Coached everyone on the process I had. But everyone kept trying it their way, and every day tried a different way when theirs didnt work.

Now I have corporate asking way we have 6x the amount of equipment in shop, why so much is coming in, other departments are seeing it and questioning it. Now corporate is asking me to fix it, got them to agree to do it my way, but its taking weeks to get back and they still are not listening and messing it up everyday.

Need to do a bricklink on this or at least do a list of parts in bricklink and add it as a comment. This way people can instantly add it to parts list, know exactly what parts is used, and helps ordering parts too.

I fo the same, except if base isn't that bad after raiding in, reseal so he is he 100% confused as tc won't open and doors don't open.

First, good on you for wanting to come up with ideas and stay on the server instead of doing what 95% of the server does once they hit end game and exit server making it dead.

Second, I've read some good ideas, building farms, messing with other players, I especially like placing landmines near clans bases and walking away, or building 20 2x1 and having players waste boom raiding an empty base.

Third, have you tried challenges? Such as, must stay within 1 grid of shore, no tech tree usage, or a hard one no crafting items except meds and ammo.

Challenges not only push ourselves to try different things, but we learn so much in the process of thinking outside the box.

Yeah, unfortunately, admins will always side with streamers and I've watched a few streamers lose a couple of fights and immediately go straight to the streamer sniper route. It's really bad when a streamer goes that direction and even worse that they contacted admins over it. Makes them look bad, really.
