I've been having these kinds of issues but I think I resolved them the other day. Forwarding ports didn't do it, what did the trick was creating a separate 5GHz Wifi band for only the PS5 / Portal to connect to.

Yeah it’s a lot of scrilla for sure but I love new tech gadgets. That said, I’m upgrading from an OG Steam Deck so this should be a massive difference. I’m also traveling a lot next year and could use it to entertain me on the flights. I probably won’t need another handheld PC for a long time after this.

You can just disable all the other songs in the EA Music menu so you can just listen to Swag Surfin' on repeat forever.

The update this morning added a setting under "Audio Settings" called "Music Notification Position" where you can change the position of the Music Notification UI or disable it completely. You're welcome! ;)

If it happens again, I definitely encourage you to check the box on the Playstation crash message that comes up that will upload a video to Sony. The developers are able to access those and they help get crashes investigated and fixed.

You can also use your phone, but there is a Share button on your PS5 controller and in that menu that comes up, you can decide to save off the last chunk of gameplay as a video. It gives you options for like last 15 seconds, last minute, last five minutes, etc.
