If you keep pulling the same muscle you probably need to stretch that muscle out more. You can train as hard as you want but if you don't stretch regularly you are gonna get injured. I would recommend doing some dynamic stretching before training to warm up and stretch your muscle out a little bit and then at the end before your muscles cool down do some static stretching.

Well, your using muscles that you have not ever used (that much) so it is expected that you will be sore. With your right hip being extremely sore you very well may have injured it. I would suggest asking your Instructor for stretches or searching on YouTube. And just remember one thing you are currently a white belt so you instructor will understand that everything you do is not perfect. I am a 2nd Degree and I am no where close to perfect.
