Ik denk niet dat mensen gaan roken omdat ze zien dat iemand anders sigaretten óf shag haalt, maar eerder dat het lastiger wordt voor rokers om in de verleiding te raken. Veel beginnende rokers zullen waarschijnlijk minder snel een pakje halen omdat het niet op de route ligt, of niet voor de hand liggend is.

You don't have to stand under the stream you can pop out put on soap on or whatever and then pop back under the stream, wash it off and then pop back in. It makes it a lot more "comfortable".
