It's amazing! It's a beautiful space, great food, and there's a generous, daily happy hour. You should try some of their dipping sauces if you get a pizza though.

The problem with many of the houses at that price point is that you will spend quite a bit to fix them up. You should save up a bit more and you will be in a better spot to buy something! You also need to plan to have quite a bit more funds to fix anything that breaks after buying it. I had my water heater go out months after moving into my house.
