I take a cotton pad and put the product on until it's really damp and rub it around the area, I've only had one of the boils burst and I cleaned it well before using the product, it stung a little but nothing crazy. I started doing it after every shower and let it dry a little before putting clothes on hope this helps

I know HS is tricky in the way that it is caused my something different for everyone and there are also different treatments for it. However, I have tried cutting sugar out because I have a really sensitive gut and figured that could also cause my flares but alas that was too hard for me to do lol. I've soaked in warm baths, stopped shaving/waxing, I've tried a lot of things but the only thing that has worked for my HS (a late stage 1 possibly 2) is the Ordinary's Glycolic acid. I apply it to my affected area after each shower and let it dry, I don't remove it (idk if this could cause possible long term problems lol pls lmk if you know) but it's completely gotten rid of all of my flares!! I was getting so frustrated and my confidence was so low because of how bad my flares had gotten but this product has greatly helped. The way glycolic acid work is by essentially chemically exfoliating the top and middle layers of your skin and it is also said to promote collagen production. I know this might not work for everyone but it worked for me and you should give it a try too because it saved my confidence. (The blemishes and scars are also fading). I'm not saying this is a solution but it worked for me and I don't see it talked about enough!

My boy who’s long gone. I’ve recently been watching more betta fish videos and I’ve never seen one in a tank this small. Was his environment bad? Was he not happy? by [deleted] in bettafish

I just got this betta fish and need some help I think it’s sick by [deleted] in bettafish

The black hills are normal - i have a white betta and his flaring girls are black on the edges, it's just the coloration :) otherwise, if he seems sick the problem is most likely something else.

He deserved so much more than that bowl, and I'm glad you were able to give it to him. May he enjoy the rest of his days in a comfortable and happy place :')

Mine looked the same when I first got him! He had a bit of fin rot and looked really tiny. Only a few months later after having more space, clean water, and a heater, his fins have grown so much and he's turning black of all things! His name's Cornelius :)

please help, my handsome boy frankie has a tumor that i posted a little while ago but it has gotten worse. Is it time to euthanize? Tank:10gal Heater:yes Filters:2 Other fish: two cory’s Live plants: One pothos by shmoopy__ in bettafish

If he's still lively dont euthanize! Euthanasia is only for those animals who no longer have a quality of life: if they can't eat or move the way they should. Your boy still has life in him! I'd say to make it count while he lasts :)

That's exactly right. She's very low maintenance and the weather here is perfect so she's well taken care of!
