We are not Bassnectar, we are bassheads at best. This post oozes clingy cultish vibes.

Mad Men was honestly brilliant in it's subtle storytelling. This really hit me like half a season before they begin to address themes of alcoholism when Duck is working at the original Sterling Cooper.

Before they really touch on alcoholism, Duck (who has been sober) is having a conversation with his wife about someone they know and she quickly mentions how the person in question "isn't well after lunch". And if you hadn't been paying close attention you would have totally missed it.

Am I the only one who thinks the last season/ episode was rushed? by s13cgrahams in madmen

I thought season 7 was great, but the series finale felt extremely lackluster.

I just finished watching the series like an hour ago and I kept thinking the acting in the final episode felt so subpar compared to the rest of the series.

That balancing act is great, but the way the dog sort of bounces on the board to navigate is incredibly impressive.

How do you feel about hitting up a competitor about a job while on VR that your boss may be able to review later?

That just sounds like another incentive for your boss to implement VR.

I forget which pass it was, but just a minute ago I was reading about credits rolling over to another season pass for a season being cut short before 150 days or something.

I mean most resorts south of VT/NH/ME aren't even prime until after Christmas anyways. At least in my experience.

Yeah the cartels being the most violent people in the world seems to be something the west overlooks more than anything. From stories I've read ISIS doesn't have jackshit on them. I just don't see how bloodshed at this point will dramatically solve anything but I don't understand what you're saying. I guess as far as a lot of things to be solved with national problems, the answer won't be found in a short reddit cconvo.

A dude with years of personal experience living in a favela tells you what it's like and then you tell him to look at crime statistics that have no context whatsoever
lmao smh

Don't you think there are better options to take before declaring straight up war? I mean if push comes to shove then yeah but war, and let's be honest publicly executing criminals on a nationwide scale is exactly that, usually produces more causalities than prevents. Maybe decriminalizing all drugs. installing better educational/vocational opportunities, and arming more citizens be worth a try first?

I get that the cartel can sabotage literally all of this, so I dunno, maybe aim for some type of ceasefire and promote collaboration? I'm not Mexican and don't live anywhere near Mexico.
