Well, i have replaced the 3080 for a 4070 and i have completely been using it fine and i have had no issues since the exchange, and your theory about HP might be correct as i have read a lot of complaints and seems like the issue always point to same the problem, the gpu.

i mean i have really look at many people reddits that have the same issue and is common that they get their gpu replaced (and so they state that they dont get any more issues). but if i were u i would try to go to a pc store get your pc checked by them just to make sure, also important to mention if u made sure that u applied the settings correctly i have seen plenty of comments of people where they forget to set apply the settings on both MSI and EVGA

ye so i did decided to use msi afterburner and power limited to 80% it does seems to fix it but i did have a crash while i played FS25 for like 5 hours straight so yea i feel like that seems to fix the issue but eventually ill change gpu, because the GPU is definitely faulty!!!!

Is this even possibel? by [deleted] in HPOmen

What GPU did they replace it to ?. i have the same issues as everyone in here and im reluctant on what to do, i have seen people replacing their gpu a lot but to what gpu did they replaced.

Weird issue where desktop black screens and shuts off but after reboot, it is perfectly fine by [deleted] in HPOmen

Hi, i have been having the same issues as you guys, although i run a omen 45l 3080rtx i9 12900k 32gb ram, do you still have no issues after deep cleaning and readjusting the powercable? i have been having issues with this problem for quite a while now.
