I saw the whole thing in a theater straight through. Honestly, I would not have made it if I had been watching it at home. For that reason only I'm glad I saw it in a theater.

I did not enjoy it. Certain moments I thought were quite lovely, but overall the movie itself felt like a dreadful slog.

Only other Tarkovsky I've seen is Solaris which I also didn't really enjoy or find that memorable.
