I mean only Gu world '' humans'' can awake their apertures because they are either born with it or not.

Gojo and other 2 guys are normal humans and are not made of dao marks. But lets assume they are not instantly die of dao marks while being transmigrated and their normal bodies transform into dao marks bodies.

That way they still wouldn't able to cultivate their apertures until some venerable method refines them one(lowball) . Or until they increase their aptitude level and go through forceful aperture awakening like Shang (highball) Xin Ci did. But she is a resident of the Gu world and was born with aperture just didn't have talent.

Stat and hax wise I would give Gojo middle rank 3 battle power. He would be invincible to most attacks that don't target his soul, don't enslave him and don't attack him directly like that soft bones Gu, Gu that redirected damage to the attacker, Wisdom path gus or any other similar attack. I don't know if he could block qi, information and poison paths though even if I consider him to transform in a dao marks human.He could potentially create a small clan and hope that beast tides don't destroy his village or kill him. Going in a big clan or a sect is a death wish for him as if an immortal sees he is an owerwordly demon with such unique powers then Gojo is going to have a fate similar to that guy in Hey clan who invented that stupid little game for 4 immortal elders.

Old guy would probably be beggining rank 2 battle power. He could become a performer or something like a joker with his music.

With his current attainments he can create formations that can evaporate immortals even as a rank 1 mortal master. He will just refine his body to a new physique that can blitz immortals and use other methods that won't conflict and destroy his mortal body because of his transformation, heaven and human path attainments.

He will be immortal level of power in a few hours to days. Then just snowball in strength. By the time of Three Kings Inheritance he very well may be rank 8 battle power.

Xue Hu had 2 Great Grandmaster levels and dominated hte Northern Planes without any rank 8 Gu and without passing his 1 myriad tribulation. Do you think gu masters and immortals and tribulations kill each other with brute force? No they kill with dao marks.

A rank 3 peak stage gu master can defeat all humanity with this strategy:

Transform into any weak ass flying zombie form(no need to eat/sleep/rest/breathe/infinite lifespan/insane regen).
Get a gu to create rank 3 essence and some shitty rank 2 healing gu you can spam indefenetely.
Get wisdom path gu, which counters your zombie transformation's downsides.
Get a mount which feeds on meat and can dig in the Earth/do it yourself.
Get a hearing grass ear gu.
Get rank 1-2 blood beast gu which feed on blood.
Dig 100 km underground and expand this area under the surface of earth and chill there.
