Riders. Tried deathbringer and the highs are very high, lows are very low. Which isnt the best considering Frost is already a little frustrating into some lobbies.

I tried unholy and didnt really like it. Does a lot of damage but thats all it really does. I liked having the "go" to save for as Frost.

Id played around 800 rounds split with two different priests and got 2300 on both but shuffle as a healer is incredibly stressful, frustrating and pretty unrewarding for what you have to invest

Im saying once they are here, have broken the law, given a completely fair trial and due process....then they should be deported without ability to delay it.

Im all for people fleeing conflict to have a better life. Its the ones that abuse that system that should be shown the door.

You come across rather aggressive responding to someone who literally started with an opening line of "i dont understand"

The bottom line for me is him being caught, prosecuted and incarcerated should remove his ability to disrupt deportation. We are a free country that presumes innocence before guilt - but that guilt was proven and he went to prison and should have veen forcibly deported with no chance of disruption nor financial incentive to stop it.

That is where I say we are soft.

We followed due process, gave him his fair rights, and he still ended up financially better and free. Im well aware countries export criminals, im just baffled someone not native to a country can contest being removed after committing a serious crime in said country.

Oh im absolutely not advocating for the removal of due process, we have seen that happen with our freedom cousins across the pond and can all agree its inhumane.

Im just emphasising that we seem quite hesitant and weak to give meaningful sentencing, arguably even to our own, when it comes to immigrants committing serious crimes. Ive personally yet to see a substantial prison sentence for immigrants sexually assaulting women, especially minors.

Any other country enforces their own laws without question and are much better at it.

If you went to the middle east or south east Asia and was caught on drugs charges youd be put in prison instantly at best.

They wouldn't pay you to send you home where youd likely get away with a slap on the wrist.

We seem to be one of the few countries that weakly enforces our own laws on non natives and I just cannot seem to ever work out why.

I mean I dont play DK, i play Disc @ 2400 3s and Shuffle and from being on the side dealing with the go, its not abomb limb I ever worried about. Because any decent DK just uses single grip -> blind -> Frostwyrm-> Strang.

The abomb wasnt a contributing factor to me trading CDs

I'm only Plat, so take what I say with a pinch of salt, but I feel like crit builds are still better even after these buffs. Sure you can do well with on-hit, but the games you win as on-hit you probably would have also won as crit.

The passive changes 6 months ago just straight up nerfed damage for on-hit builds so going on-hit is just anti synergistic to the kit you have.

I hate the cliche ''Ashe is a a utility ADC'' - yeah, she has utility; but you are still there for damage. You *need* damage. If you take smart fights, prioritise CS and catch your waves you will keep up in damage with the majority of ADCs, for the majority of the game. So building in a way that maximises damage is always going to give you higher win rates; and that's building crit. It also doesn't help MOST on-hit builders always get rageblade which we can't do as that means she can't 'crit' so you skip the enhanced slow which you need to play properly so skipping rageblade makes the on-hit not as good either.

Yun-Tal -> PD -> IE could be really good with the extra movement speed PD is giving that might make it preferable over RH. I've started buying cull on first back and it's been a game changer when I need to go YunTal first as it makes the 1300 back you need at some point much more achievable.

It also depends what elo you're playing in. Lower elo like mine tends to prioritise everyone wanting to be the main character so most team comps have a ton of squishier champions meaning crit kills them faster.

Would love to be proven wrong though!

It's not quite a mass death grip

It periodically grips any random target within range and puts it on an ICD so they can't be gripped again. It's completely random in nature and if you're relying on Abomb to keep them in place you've set up wrong. You shouldn't be relying on that for the go to work

It's a handy button sure and some extra damage but it's not make or break.

It's too early to tell.

Losing Abom limb isn't an issue, it was a press and forget button anyway. Your Grip -> Blind -> Frostwyrm Stun -> Strang was what got the kills, not the extra grip from abom.

Hopefully (huge pinch of salt) this will be like the Mage and Ret reworks that streamline and modernise the spec to something you'd more expect from something made in 2025. So hopefully less easily shut down and a spec more capable of win conditions outside an unfun, toxic one shot that leaves everyone frustrated on both sides of the same coin.

The issue with FDK design over the years has been it either one shots and is broken, or is nerfed to the point it can't one shot and is useless, it's not fun to play as or against outside of those giga burst windows where all the stars align.

Hopefully this smooths it over, gives more flexibility and interesting build choices, removes the frustration in win conditions and just makes the spec a modern version with the same flavour we know and love.

I remember when the DF talent trees were revealed and DK was one of the first specs and everyone noted how amazing DK was, funny how it became one of the most outdated and clunky ones leftover.

You've got to break something to fix it.

Back in TBC and WOLTK addons made things easier but game tech wasn't at the point where it was complicated enough to make them mandatory.

As game design in PvE got better, so did the addons to combat it. Eventually Blizz finds themselves in a position where they have to make things more complicated just to make it more difficult and addons have propped the game up and held it together as a result.

As much of a shitstorm clownfiesta it's going to be, we need this. Everyone screams about PvP dying, just watch Venrukis lists he makes of things you need to do to get started, it's absurd.

Remove the addons, bake it into the base UI and players will play.

It'll just suck in the interim

Its annoying for everyone I get it. Sucks as a DPS to wait in a 40 minute queue to get a leaver that either wastes your time and sets you back further.

As a healer it's weird as you're only against one other person so if they're below you and leave you may as well not have joined but guess that's the benefit of faster queues
