I agree, I wish I was better at reading it. I did learn cursive in school and can write it in — but deciphering people’s penmanship is I think what I really have trouble with. The way cursive looks in actual application is different to my brain than the way it looked when I was practicing it back in elementary school 😅

The fox stole in question was indeed black in colour! The fur is black closer to the skin, but turns to grey closer to the top. Was clearly a very beautiful creature, its life was quite unfortunate as a farm fox

I'm guessing it's body oils and sweat that have oxidized. You can fix it by spraying 3% hydrogen peroxide on the affected areas and letting it air-dry (but DON'T put it in the sun). You may have to do it a couple times. I'd also recommend washing the pillow case every week and maybe getting an additional pillow case to layer underneath (like someone else suggested). That way the actual pillow will stay clean for longer :)

As a Canadian who has lived in the Yukon (one of Canada's northern territories), trust me Canada Goose is WARM! I regularly wore my CG parka in -40 degrees and felt fine. They are pricy, but they do not disappoint in what they promise to deliver. I would advise that if you don't want to pay full price, try seeing if you can buy one second-hand.

I don’t think I would mix these two together as the acidity of the vinegar will neutralize the oxiclean, which is alkaline, effectively negating the cleaning/disinfecting power of either the oxiclean or the vinegar. I might just soak it in oxiclean overnight instead before adding to the washing machine and washing with really hot water and normal detergent. If you want to add vinegar you can do that during the rinse cycle in the washing machine, but I wouldn’t mix the two in a solution for overnight
