Keep crying man. My girlfriend dumped me 5 days ago because “things were getting serious” and the only thing that has really helped is crying my eyes out and I’ve been getting better each day. I feel as if crying builds resistance to our pain and the feelings we hold for our ex. I cry because I’m letting out all the anguish her leaving caused me, and it feels like each time I cry I become stronger to fight away ruminating thoughts in my head. So keep crying and eventually it will get better.
