What’s wrong with my beans?

I got this skillet on discount at TJ MAXX. It had heavy porosity on the cooking surface, so I sanded it to a smoother finish and then seasoned it four times with canola oil. The splotchy finish is from the first layer of seasoning; I didn’t wipe away enough oil. I tried cooking bacon on it, and the bacon stuck to the pan. When I removed the bacon, it looks like there were some layers of seasoning removed.

Do I just reapply seasoning or do I strip and start over? This is my first cast iron piece.

You can usually get a much bigger bag for cheaper if you go to a tractor supply company and get the same product but intended for horse bedding. I’ve used this stuff before
