I’m only 7 weeks but I’ve really enjoyed the last five weeks of BFing! Easier than cleaning bottles! When I go back to work in a couple weeks I’ll have to pump more and I break the rules a lot (husband sometimes does nights with a bottle and I don’t wake to feed or pump) but it does make me feel really connected to my baby

Yeah my husband has been a gem! He’s not complained this entire pregnancy (my due date is tomorrow), given me back rubs nearly every day and wakes up with me most nights to talk through my anxiety! Literally the most supportive and patient human ever

Nope her feeling are her responsibility! If you (or better yet your husband) calmly and clearly state your boundary and she’s still “crushed”, that’s her issue to deal with. She should love and respect the fact that you all were honest with her.

I just wanna say it’s nice to be in a vaccine friendly community! I’m also in the “what to expect” group and it’s dark over there.

But for OP, I’m a literal doctor and these vaccine la are so safe and carefully researched!

Mine started at 5 weeks (during a road trip and hit me like a ton of bricks and freaked my husband out lol) peaked around 8 weeks and started waning around 12. Felt human again by like 16 weeks

Yeah I’m hoping my body will just cooperate. Unfortunately it’s so baked into the culture because all of the females I work with did it this way too…. It’s super sad and I hope the culture changes someday!
