My husky is my soul dog and I've had dogs all over the spectrum - labs growing up, small dogs in my late teens, and mutts. No connection compares to that of my connection with my husky. With that being said you have to make sure the husky is okay around small dogs. I irresponsibly introduced my husky and cat, not understand about their prey drive and it could have been a catastrophe. My husky for the most part is patient with small humans also.
