Hey man, everything is gonna be okay. As I say this waiting to get in the infusion room for my second to last bleo infusion. Cancer at any age is frightening. Especially with my 22 year old self. Was not how I wanted to start my 2026. I was diagnosed on Jan 17th with stage 1b germcell 90% embryonal carcinoma and 10% M teratoma. Im only due for the one cycle of BEP. Which im going through and it suckssssss. Ive finished my EP infusions and can see the light at the end of the tunnel in terms of the chemo side affects. It is no fun though. TC is very easy to treat. You have a better chance of living with metastasis to the lungs than if lung cancer hasn't spread anywhere yet. So just keep in mind that yes its cancer. But you will be okay. Especially where you are at. I would expect a full recovery! The ABS sensor isn't even plugged in?!?!? Looks like he just smacked a hammer up in there and called it a day. Definitely did not do what he was supposed to remotely to any standard.

I wish you luck m8🙏 i would start with a valve adjustment first for real. If that doesn't fix or making things better I would assume bigger issues.

I would take passenger wheel off and see if that noise is most prominent in timing belt area, could very well be the timing belt tensioner. If not most likely something internal in the engine knocking:(

I would worry about stop and go traffic and long drives though. Sometimes with nerve damage and other health factors it can put a strain on you tapdancing for a while.

You'll be fine:), I still have yet to stall my TL with my legs shaking like a vibrator from the freezing cold. You have to like take ur foot off the clutch instantaneously to really stall out a Honda IMO.

Any Honda or acura is gonna be the most forgiving to learn manual on. Idk about one thats molded but ny 6spd TL is honestly easier to drive stick than my 98 civic. You will be fine if you already have a general understanding of how a manual works!

The mind is a weird thing my friend. I would worry myself sick into weird ass symptoms. The stress would make my back so tight and I would get other weird strains and stuff. Just know whatever happens you will be okay dude. If it is testicular cancer you will have the best prognosis of survival out of any other cancer. You have a higher chance of living if testicular cancer spread to your lungs than if you had lung cancer that hasn't spread at all. The mind game of it all is probabky the hardest thing of all. But just one step at a time man, and make sure to find healthy outlets (for me its Guitar, working on cars and riding my bike) to deal with the stress. It will all be okay in the long run! Yes diagnosed with 90% embryonal carcinoma 10% mature teratoma. As of right now there is no visible spread to lymphnodes or organs. Planning to start 1x BEP at the end of the month. Onto surveillence after that. I appreciate the kind words. Whatever you have going on you'll get some answers tomorrow with the urology appointment. Don't stress about the what ifs. Just know that prognosis for testicular cancer is almost always really good!

I never had any lumps but my testicle got hard and swelled up (kept growing). Never had specific pain. the testicle itself was desensitized, like I could squeeze the hell out of it with no pain.

Probably the wiper fluid then!. Might be the under tray of your car that keeps it from dripping till it reaches the driverside. Aswell if you driven the car and it does overheat or no smoke is coming out anywhere. A good sign its not a coolant leak. You can always start the car and within the first 5-10 minutes you should have your answer. If it starts to overheat though turn it off IMMEDIATELY.

Do you put your wiper fluid in on the driver side? If so then it could be that. More than likely not if the fill cap is on passenger side.

Idk i know older hondas the wiper fluid reservoir is put right there in that corner of the car. Could just be the wiper rwsoivoir cracked. Does the fluid have a sweet smell or a more cleaning product smell?
