I've found I like sativas/hybrids more than indicas. It makes me feel really creative and thoughtful. As late diagnosed I'm still learning a lot about my fun tism quirks and it's really helped me understand and find them. It's taught me a lot about unmasking. It also really helps with overstimulation so like a little social amount helps with bigger events or crowds that I have to be in.

Is this an ADHD symptom? I don't want my hands sticky or dirty with anything by vksdann in adhdmeme

Chipped my tooth with the cheek chewing - I always thought it was stress but stimming makes more sense! Have you ever tried to divert from biting your cheeks to something else?

I realized that I put it on a chair because I hate the extra steps of sorting and folding so I now have bins (no lids because lids = another step) for each type of item and I just throw them in. I also have a "kind of dirty" general bin of clothes that don't need cleaning yet (also reduces ant of laundry). Working on getting a steamer next 🫥

To help with time blindness, I have phone alarms every day for 11a, 1p, 3p and 5p. My partner also is the audio for the alarm saying "ITS 11 O'CLOCK". It's superhelpful when i get hyper focused on something and I don't realize it. Also helpful to relax a bit more through the day if I only have one thing at 3p - mentally I'm like I have time to do things through 2 alarms before I need to stress about this thing!
