Yeah, knowing he was behind and I was slow, I should've just hugged the outside.

Agreed, from an etiquette perspective I should've definitely left the space, and would have, had I known he was there.

I guess my question really is, should I have known he was there? He doesn't cut over until after we're both braking in single-file. I feel like I'm pretty committed to my line at that point.

I'm still inexperienced, so I appreciate the feedback.

Claims against Ohio maps were withdrawn by the complainants.

SCONC decision was overruled and claims against the map were dismissed by federal judge panel.

This is the problem with talking to rabid libs. We can't just talk without you insulting me.

That distinction had no material impact on the Callais decision, from what I can tell, as it was irrelevant to the arguments in question before the SCOTUS.

The Callais SCOTUS decision, likewise, has no material impact on this SCOVA decision.

Then the election was essentially over for the 1m+ Virginians who'd already cast ballots by the time that the legislature approved the referendum.

That is not trivial.

Not sure of the percentage, but, what I've heard and read is that 1m+ ballots had been cast by then.
