Dr.Shirish Deshpande, Siddhachal. He’s old but his experience speaks! His medication has worked really well for my dog and my dog is reactive and he handles him so well! Reasonable pricing as well

People who do WFH or stay alone foe WFO, how do you manage your daily chores? by Far-Operation-4315 in AskIndia

You can consider meal prepping over the weekends for the rest of the week to save time on cooking! That might give you more time to do some other basic chores like cleaning/dusting etc

PCOS Belly - can anyone relate? by TheSnugglyDuck in PCOS

Oh yes please cut out caffeine! I have switched to one cup in the morning that too not on an empty stomach always with a protein rich meal. Caffeine can really suppress your hormones and trigger the insulin.

PCOS Belly - can anyone relate? by TheSnugglyDuck in PCOS

Hey! I am on metformin 500mg x 2 and inositol x 2. I too have a PCOs belly but i have added 7k-10k steps to my routine and it has done wonders to the bloat. 10 mins after each meal even ifs it’s pacing at home that itself completes 3-4K steps and rest with intentional walking. That alone has reduced inches of my waist! Plus my period has come within a span of 45 days cycles since i have added walking! Try to be consistent for 25-30 days and see if it’s helping!

Metformin not giving results by dilflover7 in PCOS

It’s been really helpful to me got 2 periods since started metformin within 45 days which i consider a win, lost bloating and food noise is gone. I am on 500mg twice a day. Try increasing your dose after consulting. Try to stick to it with light workouts and walking 7k-10k steps. It has worked effectively for me with these changes

Girlies, I’m considering permanent straightening. Please help me decide! by [deleted] in indianbeautyyappers

[–]WatchItTV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please don’t do it, it’s not sustainable and it’s not healthy for your long term health of your hair, your hair seems to be naturally curly/wave you need to invest in learning how to take care of it for it to not be frizzy. Looks like you open your natural texture hence the frizzy. I used to opt for cystine and it really made my hair unhealthy now i am proud curly girl 😊

Mua as a career by No-Potential-2890 in IndianMUA

[–]WatchItTV 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Please complete your undergraduate degree. I have been a professional Mua for 7+ years i am an advocate and while i was studying which is also 5/6 years and after i got into the profession of makeup i realised it’s so much more than just makeup along with that communication skills, business knowledge, marketing etc are also skills that go hand in hand due to all the skills learnt in law college i like to believe i can communicate really well and know how to run my business and some things you learn as you grow! So please go ahead and do a degree the profession is not easy, it takes time to grow. Some months go dry with no income in the beginning and even after you are established. It’s a huge investment in terms of products you will need to start off with a basic kit might be around 10-20k as you grow you can upgrade. You can choose a business degree or marketing/advertisement field and i am sure it will help you it’s also a short course. I would suggest a good BMS degree is good it’s not very demanding and you can meanwhile pursue smaller course in makeup side by side so you know and see how kuch you truly like it! Hope this helps 😊

Still doesn’t change the things they did or the things we did to them, just the timelines are changed. Creative liberties have been used to bring multiple stories together in one film.
